Update: Wordpress.com users can submit their blogs now
If you have a blogger blog, You can submit it now to Lenky Posts Directory.
Lenky Posts directory will be a directory for posts categorized by tags, and you will be able to rate and comment on posts.
Add your blog to lenky
Note: The Lenky Posts Directory is Under Construction and should be available within month.
If you have Lenky Plugin installed in your blog, you don’t have to submit your blog as it will be automatically submitted to the posts directory.

How about, self hosted WP?
For WP self hosted, you can install lenky related links plugin : http://lenky.net/blog/2008/02/05/lenky-related-links-plugin-for-wordpress/
and you will be automatically added to lenky posts directory.
Is not clear how to add the blog can show me more thak you Lenky.

All you have to do is to click on : Add your blog to lenky, submit your blog url and you are done
