Interesting plugin, am I right to say that in order to have my blog’s post links shown on other blog’s post, we all need to have the lenky plugin installed?

Funny thing, among the related links generated (or suggested?) by Lenky there’s this one “Lonely Man Searches for Woman | How to Get Laid” which does start a story about a google search query that brought someone to his site but does not really focus on linking.
I’m curious, how does Lenky work?
